Faselah Studio: Privacy Policy

Who this applies to. Faselah Studio is operated by the owner of the Instagram account @faselah.ps. It connects to one Google account only, [email protected], which belongs to that owner. No other person's Google account is connected.

What it accesses, and why. With the owner's permission it can: read and organise email in that mailbox; read and write files in that account's Google Drive; and upload videos to, and read channel and analytics data from, that account's YouTube channel. It uses this access only to run Faselah's own publishing and file organisation.

Where data goes. Tokens that grant this access are kept on a private server controlled by the owner. Content is handled by an AI assistant that the owner operates; to complete a task the assistant may send the relevant content to its AI model provider. Data is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used to build advertising profiles. Faselah Studio does not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.

Google API Services User Data Policy. Faselah Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube API Services. Faselah Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the owner agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's Privacy Policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Retention and deletion. The owner can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which stops all access immediately. To ask for data to be deleted, contact [email protected].
